BD9 Terms & Conditions — The Complete Guide for Members

Opening an account on BD9 is completely free. However, accurate and truthful information must be provided at the time of registration. If it is later found that an account was created using false or incorrect information, BD9 reserves the right to terminate that account at any time.

One Person, One Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them may be cancelled and any remaining balance may be forfeited.

• Your real name, phone number, and date of birth are required at registration
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for verification
• Transferring or selling your account is strictly prohibited
• Please contact support for any changes to your account information

Eligibility requirements

• The registrant must be a resident of Bangladesh
• The applicant must be of sound mind and consenting voluntarily
• Registrations from regions where online betting is prohibited are not accepted
• Betting is prohibited for BD9 staff and their immediate family members

BD9 may request a government-issued ID at any time for age verification. Accounts may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (two hundred BDT)

Special Conditions for the Welcome Bonus

Bet Cancellation Scenarios

• If evidence of corruption or match-fixing is found in connection with a bet
• Placing coordinated bets from multiple accounts on the same event

Live Betting

Odds in live betting change rapidly. If odds change after a bet is placed, BD9 will accept the bet at the last confirmed odds. BD9 is not liable for bets that fail to process due to internet delays.

• Attempting to access another member's account

• Evidence of money laundering or suspicious transactions

If You Want to Close Your Account

Any member may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. If a balance remains, BD9 will return it through the appropriate process.

The BD9 platform is technologically secured to ensure fair and honest gaming. Any form of dishonest or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited.

• The use of bots, scripts, or automated software is strictly prohibited
• Intentionally exploiting any system error or bug is not permitted
• Using a VPN or proxy to bypass geo-restrictions is strictly prohibited
• Attempting to hack or launch a cyberattack against BD9's systems is a punishable offence
